I've found manuals are much harder to come by than for standard DMUs. Their limited operating bases and short timespan resulted in fewer copies ever being distributed. These are the few I've managed to come across.
The firm supplied the traction equipment. I have all but volume 4:
This company supplied the auxiliary power equipment, air conditioning and lighting.
The manual describes the equipment and contains a number of schematic drawings.
