It wasn't every day you saw a Metro-Cammell class 101 at Buxton, indeed I ever only travelled on one on a service train, and that was a Strathcyde liveried example. This was Longsight allocated 101 677 (51179 + 51496) on the 30th April 1995. Andrew J Crowther.
