Class 101 Cheddleton, 10 June 1984. We weren't travelling on this DMU having done the local lines on an earlier Railtour in 1981. We fell over it so to speak when we called in at The North Staffs Railway the day after the Ruddington Requiem Railtour on our way from Derby up to the Manchester and Leeds areas visiting preserved and industrial railway locations.
