9th September 1979

Instamatic Interludes. Derby Set 155 on 14:15 (Su) Glasgow Central - Carlisle working at Kilmarnock. There were a couple of return workings on a Sunday - including this and an evening service. A change from the usual weekday locomotive hauled Carlisle services. These Sunday DMU workings occasionally produced LM Derby Lightweight sets - but never when a camera was available.
