Class 105 DMU at Wolverhampton High Level

22nd December 1980

A young admirer inspects a Cravens Class 105 DMU car, part of a hybrid 3 car set with a Metro Cammell centre car and another Class 105 power car, stables in the centre road a Wolverhampton High Level on 22nd December 1980. It carries the set number TS400. Bob Belcher.

Class 101 DMU at Newport

circa May 1982

Tyseley three-car Class 101 set TS400 (50320 and presumably 59130 + 50330) at Newport in mid-1982, with Bristol Temple Meads on the destination blind. The DMBS still has its roof vents, the other have had most removed. Michael Mensing.

Class 101 DMU at Stoke Edith Open Level Crossing

30th March 1985

Despite what the destination blind says, Met-Cam class 101 DMU, set TS400 is approaching Stoke Edith Open Level Crossing from the Hereford direction on its way to Ledbury, Worcester and beyond. The redundant line is still in place at this point, although it is doubtful the sleeper chained across the top of the rail would seriously stop any wagon from ending up in the road. 30th March 1985. John Crooks.

Class 101 DMU at Stoke Edith Open Level Crossing

30th March 1985

With evidence of track recovery alongside, Met-Cam class 101 DMU, set TS400 approaches Stoke Edith Open Level Crossing, as it was then, on the recently singled line between Ledbury and Hereford, this units final destination. 30th March 1985. John Crooks.

Class 115 DMU at Tyseley

26th December 1986

Class 115 DMBS 51862, set number T400 is seen on 26.12.1986 having spent Christmas 1986 stabled at Tyseley. Andy Cole.
