Displaying set number 318 in the cab window a Derby suburban triple set is seen working the 3.47pm Kidderminster - Birmingham Snow Hill service - seen just south of Stourbridge Junction station - on Whit Monday, 11th June 1962. DMS W50098 leads, presumably with 59018 and 50056. Michael Mensing.

A Derby suburban DMU (Tyseley set 318) is seen at The Lakes on the North Warwickshire line in August 1962. W50056 leads, presumably with W50098 on the rear. Michael Mensing.
