Tyseley-based 2-car Class 114 set T233 (presumably 53039 + 54024) passes Three Spires Junction on 6 August 1988 on what I think was a Coventry-Stafford service. The line on the left formerly led to Coventry Colliery, which closed in October 1991. Lewis Bevan.

Class 114 54901 is seen at Leeds on 10.08.1988 after conversion to a Parcels car from 54016. It had been fitted with roller doors and had been painted into BR blue and grey. It was soon repainted into Royal Mail red. Andy Cole.

Class 114 DMU set T227 (54027 + 53019) sits in Doncaster station on November 11th, 1988. They had been transferred to Tyseley from Lincoln in October 1987. Rex Holt.

Class 114 parcel car 55930 in the Crimpsall shop at Doncaster Works on 17 November 1988. One of only two former Class 114 DMBSs to have received the blue parcel livery, It would emerge from this works visit in Royal Mail Red livery and TL11 engines.
