A Class 105 formation emerges from Gasworks Tunnel with an off-peak terminating arrival, while a Class 55 Deltic sits in the stabling point on 06/08/1976. Class 125 suburban DMUs were used on these services during the peak periods due to the unsuitability of the Class 105s.
