A Gloucester twin formed of 50345 (with yellow cab doors) and 56302 arrives into Prestonpans station on 10 May 1969. Bound for Edinburgh Waverley, presumably on a service from North Berwick, the driver has a couple of young guests in the cab with him. Stuart Mackay Collection.
The negative sleeve recorded this as 56310 + 51110 on the 2.35pm Waverley to North Berwick service departing Prestopans on 10 May 1969. However 56310 had been transferred from Scotland to South Gosforth a couple of years earlier so that part is likely wrong. 51110 was a Leith Central vehicle. Stuart Mackay Collection.
