A Swindon Cross-Country set in the 1960s on a Six Lochs land Cruise from Gourock, which took it around the Callander / Crianlarich circuit, and is seen in Crianlarich station. Stuart Rankin.

1st June 1963

On June 1, 1963 a two-car Class 105 and three-car Class 107 enters Crianlarich Lower station from the Callander direction with an unknown excursion, possibly a Six Lochs Land Cruise. Hamish Stevenson.

7th July 1963

The unlikely scene of a six-car Swindon Inter-City E&G DMU in Crianlarich Upper station. It was working a Six Lochs Land Cruise from Grangemouth on 7 July 1963. GM Staddon.

The first refurbished Class 101 DMU - 51518 + 59545 + 51451 - are seen on a Glasgow Queen Street - Oban service at Crianlarich circa August 1975. David Rhodes.

The 'Mexican Bean' (53424 + 53434) at Crianlarich. No date given, but the small Scotty dog on the side means this was in the first year of operation in 1985. Spannerman37025.
