Class 101 TCL 59528, pictured at Alston sidings, Cheltenham, was one of the first three Met-Camm vehicles transferred to the Western Region in 1967. It spent ten years at Reading and Cardiff before moving on to the LMR. Date is unknown, but as it is between Canton vehicles 50869 and 50922 it should be dated to 1975 - 1977. 50922 on the left has 'Triple' on the vehicle end. Stuart Mackay Collection.
