Class 116 T511 at Stratford-upon-Avon Class 116 T511 (53832 + 59649 + 53913) with its black cab window surround passing Stratford-upon-Avon East signalbox with a train from Birmingham Moor Street on 29 April 1987. The name of the box (East not North as sometimes wrongly stated) was a hangover from the days when Stratford was on the GWR main line from Wolverhampton to Cheltenham and there was a West box just beyond the roadbridge at the end of the station.
