Standing, awaiting departure from Birmingham Snow Hill for Paddington from platform 7 at 13.00, is one of the Nanking blue and white Pullman sets. Peter did not date the shot but it was packed with other negatives in an envelope marked "March 1963" At platform 6 is a recently arrived Swindon Cross-Country dmu that will have travelled from Cardiff via Cheltenham and the North Warwickshire line.
