The text on the back reads: BR Plans A Facelift For Local Diesel Trains British Rail is planning to give a facelift to some 1,800 passenger coaches running on local services, mainly outside London. A prototype train has been transformed externally with an experimental livery of white bodywork and blue waistband. Internally two of the three coaches have been given a modest refit, but the third coach has undergone a complete interior restyle. The prototype train will be touring Britain for three months to obtain local reaction.
