Wythall station on 13 December 1980 looks very plain without the rampant tree growth we have today. A lady has booked her ticket from the freshly re-painted (now closed) ticket office and is ambling down to a mixed livery Class 101, it is working the 12.19 Stratford-upon-Avon to Birmingham Moor Street train.
