On a gloomy 2nd December 1963 a green liveried Gloucester class 100 dmu makes it's call at Brownhills Station, the train is a working from Burton upon Trent to Wolverhampton. This section of line ran from Rycroft Junction (Walsall) to Wichnor Junction and closed as a through passenger route 18/01/1965. Today no trace of the station remains. Image taken by Peter Shoesmith.
