Class 114 vehicles 53044 + 54043 were reallocated from Lincoln to Tyseley (their first move since new) at the start of October 1987 becoming set T234. Here the set is seen a few weeks later on 17 November in Bristol Temple Meads and was noted as ready to work the 12:53 to Severn Beach.
