Taken on the 26th May 1982, an iconic class of DMU leaves Manchester Victoria with the 15:45 Manchester Piccadilly to Hull. M51952 leads a four car set which was probably formed of a mix of Class 123 and 124 vehicles. Always had a bit of a soft spot for these as they reminded me of my favourite EMUs, the Glasgow “Blue Trains”.
