Image 8 (negative 8010.3850-8) of a set of 12 taken by the BRB Central Photograph Unit at Doncaster Works showing Leyland 680 150hp engines. The first nine feature a silver painted engine, this image shows the top of the engine with the Niphan socket in the centre which provided the electrical connection to the vehicle it was fitted to. Date unknown - possibly 1980?
