Recently returned from Overhaul and yet to receive a Norwich MPD Set allocation number Class 104 DMCL E50583 rests on it's home depot ahead of Class 03 03103. By Autumn 1978 she was part of Set No.82 at Norwich until transferring to Leeds, Neville Hill MPD in mid 1980 from where she was withdrawn in May 1982. She would return to East Anglia however as she was scrapped at the Mayer Newman Yard in Snailwell during July 1983.
