Livery experiment. This official image (Derby Works negative 56/19) records a trial of warning markings on the front end of Derby Lightweight DTCL M79668 circa February 1956. The text on the rear of the print includes "despatched to Monument Lane for traffic Feb 7th 1956". The vehicle on the left, with "Derby Carr & Wagon Dept" on the destination blind suggests this was taken at that location.
