Teeside Twins. DMB E51206 at the head of two Metro Cammell twins at Nunthorpe. This is a short working on the Whitby branch. The driver is about to run forward on to the single line prior to setting back into the adjacent platform. It will then form a return working to Middlesbrough and Newcastle via the coast. April 1984.
