Conversion work on 55020 at LH Plant on 5 February 2003. This is the guards van, the cylinder on the upper left is a modern fire extinguisher connected to automatically disperse over the engine in the event of it overheating. There was one bottle for each engine, there will second one added to the pipe nearer the centre. Theses replaced the original type which were not ozone friendly.
