The Crossley Bros. scrapyard at Shipley has been much photographed over the years, due to the viewpoint from the Valley Road bridge. Here, on 4 July 1978, a Bradford-bound Metro-Cammell DMU passes Andrew Barclay 0.4.0ST (AB1823/24) and a couple of 88DS class Rustons, the one on the left being the day's working loco.
