Class 108 DMSL 53646 is seen running on its own with a northbound empty stock working seen north of Stapleton Road (Bristol) at 18:40 on 3 April 1989. Michael Mensing.

27th April 1989

An interesting formation is seen at Tapton Junction, Chesterfield, on 27 April 1989. Noted as returning from Doncaster Works, Class 108 DMCL 53646 leads a freshly repainted Class 101 in NSE livery, and a two-car Class 108. Stuart Mackay Collection.

8th June 1990

Class 101/108 DMU set 872, presumably 53247 closest, at Teignmouth on Friday 8 June 1990. David Russon.
