Car SC51526 is nearest the camera of this three-car unit in Refurbished livery in Edinburgh Waverley, 25/03/78. The other two vehicles are presumably 59563 + 51465. Graeme Phillips Collection.

27th October 1979

Class 101 DMBS SC51243 on Dundee depot on 27 October 1979. Behind is its normal partner at the time DMCL SC50747 - the lack of centre car is likely a temporary measure while on depot as power twins in Scotland at the time would be unusual. Brian Daniels.
