Neasden South Junction. The view on 9 June 1977; the class 115 DMU is working from High Wycombe to Marylebone, with 25312 waiting with tanks destined for Marylebone diesel depot. The signal box closed in 1989 and was rebuilt on the Great Central Railway at Ruddington. Kevin Lane.

In platform 4 of Liverpool Lime Street at 4.40pm on an August afternoon in 1977 was a 4-Car Class 115 Suburban DMU in awaiting departure for Manchester Oxford Road on the old CLC route via Warrington Central. Martyn Hilbert.

The two rectangular boxes in the centre under the stepboard contain 'EP' valves, the larger box to the right just before the radiator (with the grille) contains the relays that control the EP valves.
