The company supplied the tapered-roller bearing axleboxes that were used on many types of DMUs.

They had a series of adverts using paintings by the artist Leslie Carr. More of Leslie's artwork can be found on Mike Ashworth's flickr site.

Many of their adverts were placed on the front page of "The Locomotive Railway Carriage & Wagon Review" monthly magazine, as the two bottom examples were.

Being on the cover mean that the adverts was not as tall to allow for the magazine title and details at the top of the page.
