Taken during the days when you could look out of the front (or rear!) of first generation DMUs this view of the rather imposing station at Bishop Auckland (though it looks to have seen better days) was taken from E50166, which had formed the 13-03 from Shildon on August 21st 1976. There had been an Open Day at the Wagon Works at Shildon that day. emdjt42.
