A BRC&W triple set forms the 1.34pm Cheadle to Stoke train seen at Cheadle (Staffs) on 18 May 1963. Passenger services were withdrawn from the station the following month, plans are underway to re-open it. Another recent change was the moving of the electrification warning flash from the lower cab to the window (instruction issued in September 1962).
