Early morning down at Hereford diesel depot, in April 1987. The 47 is on one of the two morning London services, the other was usually stabled in the station area, whilst the DMUs, the first one being a class 117 (set B432, presumably 51412 + 59522 + 51370), formed either the early morning Cardiff or Birmingham trains. A mixed DMU rake stands in Platform 1 at Hereford station on the evening of 19th June 1989. There are three yellow cab ends facing the camera - the fourth vehicle is either a bubble car or a power car attached to another set. Closest is set T320 presumably 51138 + 59720 + 53890. Paul James.
Tyseley Class 114 DMU, set T026 (presumably 53006 + 54010), sits in Bay Platform 4 in Hereford station on 27th October 1989. Class 114's were not a common DMU type to be seen at Hereford, although in later years Tyseley acquired a right mix of DMU classes/types to keep a service going. Paul James.
