BR (Derby) Suburban 3-car dmu (later Class 116) Nos.W50838 (116/2), W59376 (175), W50891 (116/1) in BR green with small yellow warning panel at Hafodyrynys Colliery on the "Afon Llwyd" railtour around the Eastern Valleys, South Wales, 01/04/67. Hugh Llewelyn.

The RCTS "Reunion Railtour" ran from Birmingham to lines in South Wales on November 25, 1978. Formation was 50335+59123+50319, Metro Cammell class 101 DMU coaches from the late 1950s in "blue band" livery with West Midlands PTE logos. Seen at Hafodyrynys, the site of a coal mine. Jeremy Chapter.
