The sidings at Southport on September 11th 1988 include a two-car Class 104 DMU formed of cars 53444 & 53493 (With a small Network South East Logo), and a two-car Class 101 Metro-Cammell DMU in blue/grey was also stabled alongside, formed of cars 51520 & 51456.
