51339/82 went temporarily to the Midland Railway Centre
for restoration.
51346/59516/51388
were on the North Norfolk until 2003.
51351/59520/51397 were formerly owned by Alan and Tracy Lear
and located on the Chinnor & Princes Risborough line and then at
Long Marston until sold to John Down at the Pontypool
and Blaenavon Railway in October 2001.
51352/59505/51376 were bought by the Territorial Army
and initially kept at the West Somerset Railway during restoration then
moved to Long Marston.
51381 went to Mangapps farm as a swap for 56287, which
went to Colne Valley Railway.
51386 was previously located on the Swindon &
Cricklade Railway owned by Matthew Smith. It lacked engines and many
other parts and was part modified into becoming a DTS. It moved to
Dereham in June '02, stripped for spares and cut up.
51400 was previously on the Northampton & Lamport
Railway, then Mid-Hants before moving to the Wensleydale in 2008.
59496 was used by the Battlefield Railway as hauled stock (it was
painted in maroon) then went to the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway, and
sent to Rotherham for scrap 11/12/08. 59501 was formerly owned by
Pressed Steel Heritage Ltd. and located on the Colne Valley Railway. It
moved to Nottingham in July 2002. 59511 moved
from the Mid-Hants to Strathspey in March 2007, when restoration is
complete it will operate with 51367 & 51402.
59514 was bought by the West Somerset Railway. It
moved to to the Swindon & Cricklade Railway at the start of 2005. 59515
was originally on the West Somerset Railway before moving to the
Mid-Hants in 2007 51347 / 59508 / 51401 moved from the Nene
Valley Railway to the Gwili Railway in the first week of March 2009. |
