DB 975664 / 975637 were known as the 'Stourton Saloon' and latterly carried the then Provincial Sprinter Livery.
DB 975349 / 539 outlasted the last service vehicles, based at Heaton and known as the 'York Saloon'. It was used for route learning and line inspections.
