Birmingham Cross-City Farewell

29/11/92

"Myself and Eddie Knorn travelled up to Birmingham for the last advertised day of first generation DMU services on the Cross City Line, where great things were expected. Unfortunately on the day, many of the services were in the hands of 'Centro' liveried 150s. Here Class 116 DMBS 51138, set T405, and Class 117 DMS 51412, set T307, are seen at Birmingham New Street on the final day, Sunday 29 November 1992." Robert Chilton
