A Class 114 and Class 101 at Cambridge in April 1984. The Class 114 DMBS - which appears to be 54044 - carries the South Yorkshire PTE logo. Michael Mensing.

A Class 114 two-car set comprising of E53008 and E54044 leaves Scunthorpe for Doncaster on 3rd December 1983. Syd Young.

Date: 25th November 1986

On railtour duty are 2+2 Derby built class 114 dmu's comprising of cars E53047 + E54018 / E54044 + E53013, pause for a photo stop at Rotherham Masborough's platform 4. I have no real recollection of this tour, where it started or finished, who ran it, I've no paperwork for it, Six Bells Junction has drawn a blank, all I know it also visited Wakefield and went through Tinsley Yard, I've a few naff photo's to tell me that, so has anybody out there got any idea's? Rotherham Masborough closed on the 3rd October 1988, replaced by Rotherham Central, although the line is still in use. Andrew J Crowther.
