On the 10th July 1978 50008 is on the rear of a 114 set heading away from the camera and about to cross the swing bridge at Selby, led by 56028. Malcolm Clements.
A Class 114 two-car set comprising of E53008 and E54044 leaves Scunthorpe for Doncaster on 3rd December 1983. Syd Young.
With almost everything stripped from underneath, Class 114 DMBS 53008 is seen at Snailwell in February 1991. Surface Stock.
55020 calls at South Greenford on 30th July 1977. I was born next to this "station" in the adjacent maternity hospital in 1958. I have been told W50008 was working the Greenford Loop "push & pull" on this day. Ian Buck.
