Forming a Cowdenbeath to Edinburgh Waverley train, Metropolitan-Cammell (TOPS Class 101) 3-car DMU No. 235 approaches Inverkeithing Central Junction on 7th July, 1978. Michael Laing.
27th October 1979
Class 101 TSL SC59048 on Dundee depot on 27 October 1979. It has a refurbishment date just a week earlier on the 20th at Glasgow Works. Note the 235 set number on the end which it carried until withdrawal in 1988. Brian Daniels.
25th January 1981
Winter sun backlights Metro Cammell 3 car rakes 235, 203 and 225 inside the shed at Dundee West together with a class 122 single car on 25th January 1981. Bruce Galloway.

Class 101 centre car 59048 at Snailwell on 4 September 1988. It is beside Class 120 51587 which it once worked with at Haymarket. Nicholas Youngman.
